Fall Prevention Resources

Our Community of Practice (CoP) strives to create supportive communities in Ontario where adults enjoy quality of life and maintain their independence through the prevention of falls. We support our members to build capacity in the prevention of falls and fall-related injuries.

Finding Balance is a campaign designed to increase awareness of falls prevention among older Ontarians. The campaign promotes real life strategies older adults can implement to reduce their risk of falling.

We are dedicated to helping seniors prevent falls so they can stay active and independent.
